The plants in your image appear to be 3D models of Convallaria majalis (Lily of the Valley) and a taller plant with red flowers that is not Lily of the Valley, but a separate species added for variety. The Lily of the Valley models show two variants: one with classic white flowers and another with pink flowers (Convallaria majalis 'Rosea' or similar).
